The Millbrook and District Lions Club announced Monday evening that the annual Antique and Custom Car Show will be held on Saturday, July 4, 8 am to 2 pm. Due to the proposed watermain replacement project for the downtown presented to the BIA and interest groups including the Lions Club by Director of Public Works Wayne Hancock on April 2, the popular event was put on hold. On May 4, Mr. Hancock brought a recommendation to Council to postpone the project until 2016.
